Now standing at the corner, turned left and looking along the barbed wire fence that separates the "back 20" from our land, towards the neighbor's house.  They planted those cedars when they moved out here -- almost exactly at the same time we moved here ("The best time to plant trees is 20 years ago."). In the middle is one of the mesquite trees that grew here while we neglected the place -- and needs to be removed to make room for the "road" around our pasture. 29 January 2004
